2021 ACASA Triennial Online Check Registration

We are just over a month away from our Triennial event. This virtual conference from June 16 to 20, 2021 will be an ACASA first. We are planning a dynamic, interactive meeting, that takes into consideration our magnitude and scope, our various time zones and internet capabilities, and our need for thoughtful engagement outside panel presentations.

We are excited to offer a live stage for our Museum Day events including speaker Nana Oforiatta Ayim, our award’s ceremony, and our keynote address by George Abungu as well as four days of interactive panels, lounges, and an online exhibition.

Our planning team at Make it Mariko will be helping us use our platform hopin, pre-record presentations if desired, assist and trouble shoot during our five days together, and create a record of the event. We look forward to seeing you all there.

You can find the final program here.

One of the benefits of an online conference is the ability to experience presentations and panels we may have missed after-the-fact. HopIn will be recording the ACASA Triennial. Registered guests of the conference will have password access to the recordings on our ACASA website from June 21-June 30.

In case of any question related to the program, please contact the ACASA Triennial program committee:

  • Liese Van der Watt: liesevanderwatt@gmail.com
  • Leslie W. Rabine: lwrabine@gmail.com
  • Brenda Schmahmann: brendas@uj.ac.za

Registration for attendees has re-opened until the final day of the conference.
